The evaluation process begins with a clinical interview where you will meet with a licensed clinician to provide historical information and address presenting concerns. Your provider will then determine what medically necessary testing needs to be conducted to, for example, rule out certain diagnoses or assess specific areas of the individual's functionality. As people and their symptoms and underlying difficulties are unique, the scope of testing varies. In conjunction, the cost of an assessment, length of the testing session(s), testing measures to be administered, and identified treatment recommendations are also variable.
